Salameh denies amendment of Circular 151, exchange rate adjustment
NNA - Governor of the Central Bank, Riad Salameh, issued the following statement: "News are circulating across social media about the adjustment of the exchange rate upon citizens' withdrawal from banks according to Circular No. 151, from LBP 3900 to LBP 6200 to the dollar. This news is incorrect. No such decision has been made by the Central Bank."
