Bank Nizwa approves distribution of cash dividend for shareholders

Muscat: Oman's leading and most trusted Islamic bank, Bank Nizwa, held its Annual Ordinary General Meeting on March 28 via the electronic platform for general meetings on Muscat Clearing and Depository Company's website. The Board of Directors of the Sultanate's flagship Islamic bank disclosed and approved critical material and information for the year 2020, including its exceptional financial performance. The AGM also disclosed the Sharia Supervisory Board's Report for the year ending December 31, 2020.
