CAA signs MoU with OQ to develop human capital

Muscat - The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with OQ on Sunday developing and improving the human capital.The memorandum was signed by Eng. Naif bin Ali al Abri, chairman of CAA and Talal bin Hamid al Aufi, CEO of OQ Group.The MOU included studying the possibility of exchanging experiences in the areas of building technical and specialized capabilities, improving customer service, raising employee productivity, and continuous learning. It also included developing a strategy for knowledge and talent management and personal empowerment.Al Abri said, “Empowering and developing human capital is at the top of the list of priorities that CAA seeks to achieve, and is keen, through this cooperation, to advance its employees and advance their capabilities and potentials through by providing them with the best possible experiences, practices, and expertise.”He said that this MoU is based on royal directives aimed at empowering national human resources.Al Aufi said: “OQ harnesses its potential and capabilities to enhance human development so that governmental and private efforts are integrated and combined to advance the capabilities of the people.
