‎TASI gains 0.2% to close near 12,200 points, turnover at SAR 8.8 bln











Saudi equities rose the eight consecutive sessions, with the benchmark Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) edging up 0.2%, or 28 points, to close at 12,194 points today, Jan. 18, recording the highest close since 2006.

Total turnover reached SAR 8.8 billion.









Market Index











Saudi National Bank rose 1% to SAR 73.50, recording the highest close since the listing.

Mouwasat surged more than 3% to SAR 192.20, after the board of directors recommended distributing cash dividends of SAR 2.75 per share.

SABB and Riyadh Bank closed at SAR 41.75 (+5%) and SAR 32.30 (+4%), respectively.

Tadawul Group and Dallah Health hit an all-time high of SAR 168.60 (+5%) and SAR 84.50 (+1%), respectively.

Aldrees gained nearly 1% to SAR 74. The company announced its financial results and dividend of SAR 1.5 for 2021.
