Here are a few things you need to know as Saudi stocks start trading on Wednesday.

1) Saudi Electricity Co. (SEC) fully redeemed $1.25 billion worth of international Islamic sukuk maturing on April 3, 2022. The sukuk, issued on April 3, 2012, and are listed on London Stock Exchange (LSE).

2) Saudi Chemical Holding Co. (SCHC) completed the agreement to acquire all prescription rights of Cialis in Saudi Arabia from Eli Lilly, following the approvals from the relevant government authorities.

3) Elm Co.’s shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 30% of capital, or SAR 3 a share, for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for May 9.

4) National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose annual financial results for 2021 within the regulatory period.

5) Brent crude rose 0.18% to reach $106.83 per barrel. WTI crude fell 0.05% to reach $101.91/bbl.
