2) Anaam International Holding Group Co. signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the owners of private office buildings in Jeddah for the possible acquisition of 100% of the building, for a total value of SAR 325 million excluding real estate tax.

3) Saudi Industrial Export Co.’s (SIECO) shareholders approved the board’s recommendation on decreasing capital by 66.66% to SAR 21.6 million from SAR 64.8 million.

4) National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) signed a share purchase agreement with Mohammed bin Manahi bin Muneer Albuqami to acquire 55% ownership in Best Gas Carrier Co.

5) Shares of Elm Co. will begin trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) as of Feb. 16, with the symbol 7203 and ISIN Code SA15GG53GHH3.

6) Brent crude on Thursday declined $1.56 to reach $93.25 per barrel. WTI crude also decreased $1.71 to reach $91.95/bbl.
