1) Sadr Logistics Co.’s board of directors recommended on April 5 to withhold dividends for 2021.
2) Al Sagr Cooperative Insurance Co. received a letter from its main shareholder, Al Sagr National Co. (Dubai), requesting to hold an ordinary general assembly meeting to vote on the dismissal of two members of the current board of directors.
3) Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) reached an agreement with Saudi Fransi Capital to take the necessary measures for the launch of a private fund that will invest in venture capital opportunities in the Saudi technology sector.
4) Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Co. (AMAK) announced the use of proceeds from its initial public offering (IPO) of new shares, which took place from March 9-11.
5) Saudi Reinsurance Co.'s (Saudi Re) board of directors recommended a capital increase through a SAR 445.5 million rights issue.
