Al Rasheed to begin Nomu trading end-week

Riyadh – Mubasher: Mohammed Hadi Al Rasheed and Partners Company will begin the listing and trading of its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on Thursday, 23 May 2024.

Under the symbol 9601, the firm plans to float 1.22 million shares, equivalent to 12% of its share capital, according to a bourse disclosure.

Tadawul indicated that the stock will be trading at daily and static price fluctuation limits of +/- 30% and +/- 10%, respectively.

Yaqeen Capital acted as the financial advisor and lead manager for Al Rasheed’s offering.
