Announcement from the Saudi Exchange Regarding Permitting the Trading of Saudi Cable Co. Shares Over the Counter
The Saudi Exchange announces the issuance of its resolution on 07/02/1445H corresponding to 23/08/2023G approving Saudi Cable Co. request to permit the trading of the company shares over the counter, as per the Procedures of Trading in Listed Companies’ Shares Over the Counter approved by the Board of the Capital Market Authority pursuant to its Resolution no. (2019-10-01) dated 24/05/1440H, corresponding to 30/01/2019G.
Trading shall commence starting from Thursday 08/02/1445H corresponding to 24/08/2023G
