Shareholders of the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia (Bahri) approved the board’s recommendation to distribute cash dividends at SAR 0.5 per share, or 5% of the stock par value for 2022, according to a statement to Tadawul.

They also authorized the board to pay a semi-annual or quarterly interim dividend for 2023.

Additionally, they approved the board proposal to increase capital by 50% through a bonus share distribution, the statement added.
