CMA greenlights public offering of 3 funds by ANB Capital

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the public offerings of three Saudi funds by ANB Capital on 21 December 2021, according to bourse disclosures.

The three funds are ANB Capital Opportunistic Fund (Shariah), ANB Capital Dividends Equity Fund, and ANB Capital Opportunistic Fund.

Established in 2008 and regulated by the CMA, ANB Capital is a fully owned subsidiary of Arab National Bank (ANB). It offers services in all investment-related fields, including capital markets, asset management, investment banking, brokerage, private wealth management, private equity, and real estate.

It is worth noting that in the first nine months (9M) of 2022, the Saudi lender registered SAR 2.28 billion net profits, up 32.56% from SAR 1.72 billion during the January-September 2021 period.
