Jamjoom Pharma to raise capital of Algeria’s associate
Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Co. (Jamjoom Pharma) announced an increase in the capital of the joint venture, SPA Jamjoom Algeria Lildawa (in which the company actually owns 49% of the capital - associate).
In a statement on Tadawul, Jamjoom stated that the capital raise is to finance part of the acquisition of an existing pharmaceutical factory in Algeria and to cover operating costs.
