‎KEIR International announces registration document to list on Nomu; sets price guidance at SAR 34/share

KEIR International Co. announced today, June 9, the registration document for listing its shares on Nomu-Parallel Market.

The company set the price guidance for trading its shares on Nomu at SAR 34 per share.

On May 25, the Capital Market Authority (CMA) approved the company’s application to list its shares on Nomu, Argaam earlier reported.

KEIR International was established in 2007 as KEIR for Telecommunication and Information Technology, a limited liability company, in Riyadh. In 2014, the firm rebranded to KEIR International, with its capital currently standing at SAR 120 million.

KEIR, which actively implements fiber-optic projects, is the preferred technical contractor for external and internal network solutions by several public and private sectors, especially those related to electricity, smart city solutions and safe cities projects. The company’s work scope also covers the supply of SIM cards as well as fiber-optic cables and network distribution materials.
