With reference to the announcement of Keir international Company published on Tadawul on 12/06/1445 AH corresponding to 25/12/2023 AD regarding the approval of the Board of Directors of the Company’s transfer from the Parallel Market to Main Market, the Company announce the appointment of Alistithmar for Financial Securities and Brokerage Company (Alistithmar Capital) as a financial advisor to handle the company’s application to transfer to the Main Market.
