Referring to the company's announcement on Tadawul website on 02-05-2024 regarding inviting its shareholders to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting), which is scheduled to be held, God willing, at (20:00) pm on Thursday 29-11-1445 corresponding to 06-06-2024 through modern technology using the Tadawulaty platform.
