Riyadh Air signs Boeing engines deal – MEED
Public Investment Fund is investing $30bn in the kingdom's second national airline
Riyadh Air has signed a deal for 90 GEnx-1B engines to power its new Boeing Dreamliner fleet. This follows a recent order by the kingdom's brand new airline for 39 Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft.
Signed at the Paris Air Show, the order also includes spare engines and a TrueChoice services agreement.
