SAMA seeks public feedback on financial governance amendments
The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) invited interested parties and specialists concerned with “Key Principles of Governance in Financial Institutions” to send their feedback via Istitlaa platform, according to a statement today, Dec. 27. The amended rules align with changes in the Companies Law and its regulations. They consider the financial sector's nature and international standards. Suggestions and observations on the draft bill must be sent within 15 days of this announcement for assessing their relevance in finalizing the rules, SAMA added.
