With reference to the company’s announcement on Tadawul website on 15/08/1445 corresponding to 25/02/2024 regarding the interim financial results for the period ending on 30/06/2023 (six months/ second quarter, and setting the expected date for the publication of the interim financial results for the period ending on 30/09/2023 (nine months/third quarter) as March 14, 2024, the company would like to announce to its shareholders that it is unable to publish them, because the audit process has not been finalized. And they are expected to be announced on March 17, 2024. The company would like to clarify that the procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will continue to be applied according to the listing rules approved by the CMA Board decision No. (1-10-2019) dated on (24-05-1440 H) corresponding (30-01-2019) and announced on (Tadawul) on March 25, 2019. And the company assures the public that it is making all the efforts to publish the delayed financial results, to ensure that the Stock trades as soon as possible.
