Saudi: CMA approves IPO, Nomu listing of 3 companies

The Capital Market Authority (CMA) has passed the request of Saudi Lime Industries Company to trade its shares on the Parallel Market (Nomu) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).

Saudi Lime plans to list 2 million shares, accounting for 9.09% of its share capital, according to a bourse disclosure.

Additionally, the CMA greenlighted the initial public offerings (IPOs) of Morabaha Marina Financing Company and Mawarid Manpower Company. Each one of the two firms intends to trade 30% of their shares on Tadawul.

In this regard, Morabaha Marina Financing and Mawarid Manpower would offer 21.42 million shares and 4.50 million shares, respectively.

It is worth noting that the three approvals were issued on 26 December 2022.
