Tadawul ends Sunday in red zone

Riyadh – Mubasher: The main market’s All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Sunday’s session lower by 39.56 points (0.31%) at 12,796.09 points.

The turnover hit SAR 6.58 billion through the trading of 340.48 million shares.

The media and entertainment sector was the top gainer with 2.65%, while the consumer services segment led the decliners with 1.99%.

Saudi Cable Company headed the risers with 9.99%, while East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry was the top faller with 6.73%.

Tourism Enterprise Company (Shams) generated the largest trading volume of 94.85 million shares, yet Saudi Steel Pipe Company recorded the biggest turnover of SAR 341.85 million.

The Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) also fell by 521.88 points (1.91%) to 26,840.41 points at the end of the session.

Riyadh Steel Company advanced the risers with 10.33%, while Jahez International Company for Information System Technology led the fallers with 7.28%.
