Tadawul: Mulkia REIT goes ex-bonus today
Shares of Mulkia REIT have their ex-bonus today, Oct. 23, for Q3.
Mulkia REIT Fund announced a 1.3% capital hike by SAR 0.13 per unit by distributing one-for-one bonus shares in order to boost capital base and finance future growth plans.
The profits of Q3 2022 are to be distributed to the shareholders within 15 working days as of the due date.
