Tadawul’s indices fall on Wednesday

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) declined by 10.09 points (0.09%) to close Wednesday’s session at 11,770.32 points.

The turnover amounted to SAR 6.97 billion through the trading of 195.96 million shares.

The majority of the sectors were in the red zone, led by the real estate management and development which fell by 1.30%. Meanwhile, the media and entertainment sector was the top gainer with 3.14%.

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Company led the fallers with 4.20%.

Gulf Insurance Group (GIG), formerly known as AXA Cooperative Insurance, topped the risers with 8.33%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company was the most active stock on which 14.33 million shares were traded, while Al Rajhi Bank generated the highest trading value of SAR 319.76 million.

Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) also closed the session down at 20,210.71 points after losing 128.53 points (0.63%).

Aqaseem Factory for Chemicals and Plastics Company was the top faller with 7.80%. Arabian Plastic Industrial Company (APICO), which started trading today, advanced the risers with 30%.
