TASI closes Thursday’s trading session up; NomuC down

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) went up by 85.50 points (0.84%) and ended Thursday's trading session higher at 10,277.76 points.

The turnover stood at SAR 5.12 billion through the exchange of 171.38 million shares.

The capital goods sector led the risers with 1.65%, whereas the food and stable retail segment headed the decliners with 1.75%.

Thimar Development Holding Company advanced the gainers with 10%, while Power and Water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu (Marafiq) topped the losers with 3.04%.

Americana Restaurants International was the most active stock with 34.24 million shares, whereas the Saudi National Bank (SNB) posted the highest turnover of SAR 606.85 million.

Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) lost 96.58 points (0.50%) and closed the trading session in the red zone at 19,120.30 points.

Jahez International Company for Information System Technology was the top riser with 3.27%, while Future Care Trading Company dominated the fallers with 7.02%.
