TASI, NomuC close Thursday in green zone

Riyadh – Mubasher: The main market’s All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) rose by 51.33 points (0.46%) to 10,690.09 points at the end of Thursday’s session.

The turnover totalled SAR 6.10 billion through the exchange of 242.80 million shares.

The utility sector was the top gainer with 3.01%, while the food and beverage segment led the decliners with 1.59%.

Development Works Food Company headed the risers with 9.92%, while Al Baha Investment and Development Company was the top faller with 6.67%.

Tourism Enterprise Company (Shams) witnessed the highest trading volume of 22.95 million shares, while Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) registered the largest trading value of SAR 347.65 million.

Likewise, the Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed higher by 399.17 points (1.70%) at 23,949.06 points.

Paper Home Company led the risers with 13.30%, while Al Rashid Industrial Company topped the fallers with 6.21%.
