Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. EGM held on Wednesday 29/05/2024G has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Thursday 30/05/2024G for Al-Etihad Cooperative Insurance Co. will be based on a share price of SAR 18.18 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios by Monday 03/06/2024G.
