Arab National Bank EGM held on Monday 20/05/2024G has approved the capital increase via bonus shares. Thus, the fluctuation limits on Tuesday 21/05/2024G for Arab National Bank will be based on a share price of SAR 21.18 and the outstanding orders will be canceled. Furthermore, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios by Thursday 23/05/2024G.
