‎Thimar says unable to disclose financials for first three quarters on time

National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) said it was unable to disclose the financial results for the nine-month period ending Sept. 30, 2022, within the regulatory period.

In a statement to Tadawul, Thimar said the management is still working with the external auditor to provide the audit requirements and finish the audit work as soon as possible.

The interim financial statements for Q1, Q2, Q3 and full year 2021, and statements for the first and the second quarter 2022 and will be announced soon after the external auditor’s approval.

The company worked during the previous period to issue the interim financial statements for Q3 and full year 2019, as well as for Q1, Q2, Q3 and full year 2020.

The company further clarified that the procedures for suspending trading in listed securities will continue to apply, in accordance with the listing rules approved by the board of Capital Market Authority.
