Yaqeen Capital, as Financial Advisor and Lead Manager for the Offering of Almohafaza For Education Company (the “Company” or “Almohafaza”) on the Parallel Market “Nomu”, announces that the Offering of Almohafaza Company has been concluded, and the offering for the total of (1,600,000) ordinary shares representing (20%) of the Company’s shares. Offering price: 18 SAR per share. Coverage was 324.09% of the total shares offered during the subscription period from Wednesday 18/08/1445H (corresponding to 28/02/2024G) to Thursday 26/08/1445H (corresponding to 07/03/2024G). Yaqeen Capital, as Financial Advisor and Lead Manager will finalize the required procedures with the Saudi Stock Exchange and then determine the date for listing of the shares of Almohafaza on the Parallel Market “Nomu”.
