Zain KSA shareholders to discuss 5% dividend for 2022 on June 22
Shareholders of Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) will discuss the board proposal to pay a cash dividend at 5% of capital, or SAR 0.5 a share, for 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for June 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.
This is Zain KSA’s first dividend since the company’s listing on Tadawul in 2008.
