The Airbnb market: Dubai crowned the most profitable location for landlords – Construction Week Online
A study by CIA Landlord Insurance has revealed that landlords who own property close to the Burj Khalifa are making the most money out of all Airbnb owners, with an average price of $1,149 per night.
To put that into perspective, this means landlords can make up to $8,042 if guests stay for seven nights. Regardless, distance plays a role in determining the cost, with prices going down to just $223 a night the further the property is from the skyscraper.
New York ranks second for charging the most for Airbnbs, with those near the Central Park costing $947 per night. However, landlords can still make money if they have property further away as the going rate is $659 per night.
