UAE stock markets close Thursday's session in red zone

UAE - Mubasher: The UAE stock markets have ended Thursday's trading session in the red zone.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went down 0.33% to close Thursday's session at 3,396 points.

A total of 128.49 million shares were traded through 5,927 transactions valued at AED 383.27 million.

Al Firdous Holding led the rising stocks with 14.94%, while National General Insurance Co (NGI) topped the losing stocks with 9.79%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index retreated by 0.46% to settle at 9,826.09 points by the end of Thursday.

Turnover amounted to AED 1.37 billion after 194.57 million shares had been exchanged through 11,008 transactions.

ADC Acquisition Corporation (ADC) came on top of the green zone with 14.88%, while Methaq Takaful Insurance Company headed the red zone with 5%.
