UAE stock markets end Tuesday on positive note

The UAE stock markets have closed Tuesday's trading session in the green zone. The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up 0.33% to settle at 3,665.86 points by the end of Tuesday's session. A total of 100.70 million shares were traded through 4,565 transactions valued at AED 345.29 million. Emirates Refreshments led the rising stocks with 15%, while Air Arabia topped the losing stocks with 1.93%. As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index inched up 0.004% to close Tuesday's session at 10,019.16 points. Turnover amounted to AED 1.62 billion after 207.65 million shares had been exchanged through 11,407 transactions. Fujairah Cement Industries (FCI) came on top of the green zone with 15%, while Aram Group headed the red zone with 8.08%.
