DFM, ADX close Thursday’s trading session mixed

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Thursday’s trading session lower by 11.16 points (0.32%) at 3,435.89 points.

A total of 101.80 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 281.31 million.

Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 88.34 million, in addition to being the most active stock with 15.67 million traded shares.

Takaful Emarat – Insurance Company led the fallers with 9.92%, while Al Ramz Corporation Investment and Development topped the risers with 7.69%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.144% to 9,868.13 points.

The trading value amounted to AED 1.26 billion through the exchange of 179.42 million shares, while the market cap value stood at AED 2.53 trillion.

Gulf Medical Projects Company (GMPC) advanced the gainers with 11.73%, while Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding Company (RAK Poultry) headed the losers with 6.40%.

International Holding Company (IHC) registered the highest turnover of AED 353.63 million, while Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 20.21 million shares.
