DFM, ADX close Tuesday in green zone

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 32.42 points (0.95%) on Tuesday and ended the trading session at 3,444.22 points.

DFM’s turnover reached AED 353.09 million after 249.54 million shares were exchanged during the session.

Amlak Finance topped the risers with 14.99%, while Al Salam Bank – Sudan headed the decliners with 5.40%.

Ajman Bank registered the highest turnover of AED 61.92 million, whereas Union Properties was the most active stock with 51.55 million shares.

The benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) also went up by 0.124% to 9,510.98 points.

A total of 181.26 million shares were exchanged at an amount of AED 1.05 billion, while the market cap value hit AED 2.69 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 303.82 million, whereas Multiply Group dominated the trading volume with 16.39 million shares.

Gulf Cement Company advanced the gainers with 7.48%, while Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding Company (RAK Poultry) led the losers with 9.86%.
