DFM, ADX end Thursday’s trading session mixed

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Thursday’s trading session higher by 24.40 points (0.73%) at 3,349.49 points.

A total of 133.32 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 309.74 million.

Shuaa Capital, which turned to net losses attributable to the owners of AED 164.30 million in H1-22, topped the risers with 5.13%. Meanwhile, Al Firdous Holding headed the fallers with 9.92%.

Emaar Properties generated the highest turnover of AED 148.13 million, whereas Union Properties was the most active stock on which 33.91 million shares were exchanged.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) levelled down by 0.399% to 9,657.35 points. The market cap reached AED 2.22 trillion.

The turnover amounted to AED 1.16 billion after 181.78 million shares were traded during the session.

Aram Group advanced the gainers with 13.44%, while Chimera S&P US Shariah Growth ETF led the decliners with 4.44%, followed by Burjeel Holdings with a plunge of 4.37%.

International Holding Company (IHC), whose unit IHC Capital Holding recently acquired a 49.99% stake in Lulo Colombia, recorded the highest turnover of AED 277.67 million.

Multiply Group was the most active stock on which 27.42 million shares were traded.
