DFM, ADX end Tuesday’s session on collective rise

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Tuesday’s trading session higher by 33.11 points (0.98%) at 3,410.06 points.

The turnover reached AED 339.20 million after 241.37 million shares were exchanged during the session.

Gulf Navigation Holding (GNH), which completed the repayment of a $2.70 million loan in September, was the most active stock on which 108.68 million shares were traded.

Meanwhile, Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 137.69 million.

Deyaar Development advanced the gainers with 4.35%, whereas Takaful Emarat – Insurance headed the decliners with 9.98%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the session up by 3.71% to 10,065.24 points.

A total of 201.81 million shares were traded at a value of AED 1.22 million. The market cap amounted to AED 2.30 trillion.

Abu Dhabi Aviation Company topped the risers with 14.86%, while Aram Group led the fallers with 9.89%.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 337.88 million, whereas Multiply Group was the most active stock on which 46.39 million shares were traded.
