DFM ends Tuesday’s session on marginal gains

Dubai - Mubasher: The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up by around 0.11% or 2.53 points to close Tuesday's trading session at 2,237.36 points.





A total of 413.94 million shares were traded through 4,383 transactions valued at AED 280.94 million.





The market cap value increased by AED 250 million to AED 313.51 billion, compared to AED 313.26 billion during the previous session.





Emirates Refreshments Co (ERC) led the rising stocks with 14.79%, while Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Co (Aman) topped the losing stocks with 4.95%.





Union Properties headed the rising blue chips with 10.63%, while Emaar Properties came on top of the losing blue chips with 0.37%.
