DMF, ADX end Thursday’s trading session mixed

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Thursday's trading session in the red zone at 3,487.44 points after losing 9.08 points (0.26%).

A total of 244.14 million shares were exchanged at a value of AED 513.90 million.

Emaar Properties generated the highest turnover of AED 153.38 million, while Dubai Financial Market Company (DFM) dominated the trading volume with 65.49 million shares.

Ithmaar Holding topped the gainers with 14.39%, whereas Amlak Finance headed the decliners with 9.97%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the session higher by 0.097% at 9,558.10 points.

ADX’s turnover hit AED 1.31 billion through the exchange of 283.61 million shares. The market cap value amounted to AED 2.70 trillion.

Ras Al Khaimah Poultry and Feeding Company (RAK Poultry) advanced the risers with 5.91%, while Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (Bildco) led the fallers with 9.37%.

International Holding Company (IHC) witnessed the highest turnover of AED 241.76 million, whereas ADNOC Gas was the most active stock with 39.95 million shares.
