His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, recently reviewed plans for a unique building project: the “Billion Meals Endowment” tower. This AED 800 million (approximately USD 218 million) project aims to not only provide a new landmark for Dubai’s iconic skyline but also contribute significantly to global hunger relief efforts.

The tower, to be constructed on Sheikh Zayed Road, will be the tallest endowment tower in the United Arab Emirates. It is a key initiative under the 1 Billion Meals Endowment, a project launched by Sheikh Mohammed in 2021 with the goal of providing one billion meals to those facing hunger around the world.
