UAE stock markets close higher on Tuesday

The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 3.01 points (0.07%) on Tuesday, closing the trading session at 4,021.96 points. A total of million shares were traded at a value of AED million. National Central Cooling Company (Tabreed) led the risers with 8.33%, while Orascom Construction was the top faller with 10%. Emaar Properties generated the highest turnover of AED 47.48 million, while Union Properties was the most active stock in terms of the trading volume with 87.05 million shares. Similarly, the benchmark index of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rose by 0.17% to 9,697.61 points. The trading value reached AED 1.11 billion through the exchange of 250.32 million shares, while the market cap value stood at AED 2.81 trillion. International Holding Company (IHC) registered the highest turnover of AED 202.61 million, while ADNOC Gas was the most active stock with 36.34 million shares. National Marine Dredging Company headed the gainers with 7.14%, while Emirates Insurance was the top faller with 9.94%.
