UAE stock markets close Monday with collective gains

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Monday’s trading session in the green zone at 3,513.89 points after rising by 21.96 points (0.62%).

The trading value reached AED 376.47 million after 235.45 million shares were exchanged during the session.

Emaar Properties witnessed the highest turnover of AED 83.44 million, while Dubai Financial Market Company (DFM) was the most active stock with 51.36 million shares.

Emirates Investment Bank led the gainers with 14.50%, whereas Ajman Bank was the top loser with 4.29%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.238% to 9,645.97 points.

A total of 230.67 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.18 billion, while the market cap value hit AED 2.75 trillion.

Umm Al Qaiwain General Investment Company advanced the risers with 14.95%, whereas the Sudatel Telecom Group headed the decliners with 6.47%.

International Holding Company (IHC) recorded the highest turnover of AED 267.78 million, while Fertiglobe dominated the trading volume with 23.51 million shares.
