UAE stock markets close Tuesday with mixed performance

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) ended Tuesday’s trading session lower by 10.67 points (0.30%) at 3,459.10 points.

DFM’s turnover reached AED 283.94 million through the exchange of 136.75 million shares.

Amlak Finance was the top riser with 7.89%, whereas Al Firdous Holding led the fallers with 6.97%.

Emaar Properties witnessed the highest turnover of AED 104.08 million, while Union Properties dominated the trading volume with 28.57 million shares.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) closed the session higher by 0.102% at 9,941.50 points.

A total of 209.08 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.29 billion, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.54 trillion.

Hayah Insurance Company advanced the gainers with 6.34%, while Foodco National Foodstuff (FNF) headed the decliners with 10%.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 320.96 million, whereas Fertiglobe was the most active stock on which 25.46 million shares were traded.
