UAE stock markets end Monday’s session on marginal gains

UAE - Mubasher: UAE stock markets have closed Monday's trading session on marginal gains.

The benchmark index of the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) inched up by 0.34% to settle at 2,555.33 points by the end of Monday's trading session.

A total of 325.55 million shares were traded through 4,398 transactions valued at AED 276.94 million.

The market cap value rose by AED 460 million to AED 346.64 billion, compared to AED 346.21 billion during the previous session.

BH Mubasher Financial Services led the green zone with 12.42%, while Al Firdous Holding topped the red zone with 5%.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), the main index went up by around 0.26% or 13.51 points to close Monday's session at 5,154.08 points.

Turnover amounted to AED 506.84 million after 189.76 million shares had been exchanged through 4,127 transactions.

The market cap value decreased by AED 3.08 billion to AED 741.71 billion, compared with AED 744.79 billion during the previous session.

Omani Qatari Telecommunications Company headed the rising stocks with 7.68%, while Manazel came on top of the losing stocks with 3.78%.
