UAE stock markets end Tuesday’s session in red



UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) lost 17.40 points (0.43%) on Tuesday and closed the trading session lower at 3,985,94 points.

The turnover amounted to AED 480.19 million through the exchange of 119.06 million shares.

Besides recording the highest turnover of AED 173.56 million, Emaar Properties was the most active stock with 24.36 million shares.

Dubai National Insurance and Reinsurance led the risers with 9.64%, while Amlak Finance dominated the fallers with 3.70%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went down by 0.351% to 9,541.76 points.

A total of 180.84 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 982.93 million, while the market cap value reached AED 2.86 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 213.33 million, whereas Multiply Group dominated trading volume with 22.95 million shares.

Emirates Driving Company advanced the gainers with 12.73%, while Hily Holding led the decliners with 9.35%.
