UAE stock markets end Wednesday mixed



UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) closed Wednesday’s trading session higher by 17.83 points (0.41%) at 4,290.38 points.

DFM’s trading value reached AED 408.68 million through the exchange of 348.04 million shares.

Emaar Properties recorded the highest turnover of AED 70.71 million.

Union Properties, which topped the gainers with 14.69%, was the most active stock with 150.99 million shares.

Meanwhile, Shuaa Capital headed the decliners with 10%.

On the other hand, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) retreated by 0.048% to 9,283.30 points.

A total of 262.68 million shares were exchanged at an amount of AED 973.50 million, whereas the market cap value hit AED 2.85 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 210.12 million, while Eshraq Investments dominated the trading volume with 62.96 million shares.

Response Plus Holding advanced the gainers with 14.74%, whereas Al Ain Ahlia Insurance led the fallers with 10%.
