His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, has highlighted the critical need to invest in Arab youth, asserting their role as an essential component of the region’s legacy and civilisation.
At the “Arab Youth Media Forum” in Dubai, HH Shaikh Nasser pointed out the importance of aiding young individuals in two principal areas: Skill and Ability Enhancement: Empowering them to be the vanguards of progress and the designers of tomorrow.
Guidance and Support: Aiding them to rise above tribulations and keep pace with the swiftly shifting global landscape.
HH Shaikh Nasser emphasised the importance of inculcating a spirit of resilience, collective endeavour, and persistence among the youth, identifying these attributes as the bedrock of achievement and skill refinement.
Entirety
He remarked, “The youth are not merely a substantial segment of our current era but also the entirety of what lies ahead.” In reverence to the importance of national ethos, HH Shaikh Nasser invoked the wisdom of the late Shaikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, who opined, “One devoid of history possesses neither a present nor a destiny.”
He posited that a firm national ethos is the lodestar for
