Kuwait Airways achieves 30% growth in H1 ‘23

KUWAIT: Kuwait Airways continues to achieve positive results in the first half of the year 2023, as compared to the first half of the year 2022, and to reach the best levels of excellence in the quality of services it provides to its valued customers, evident in the growth of the operating rates of its entire system. The company achieved 30 percent growth in revenues, reduced its debt by 39 percent, passenger traffic in Terminal 4 grew by 45 percent, aircraft utilization increased by 34 percent and the percentage of flight departures grew to 33 percent. In addition, the company achieved on time performance of 81 percent.

Kuwait Airways has had 115,000 new members joining the Oasis Club in the first half of this year, in addition, a 65 percent increase in passengers redeeming their Oasis points for tickets.
