Many citizens reported this issue as they struggled to manage their finances amidst the continuous price hikes, exacerbated by the economic crisis facing Lebanon and its citizens.

In response to these concerns, Caretaker Minister of Economy and Trade, Amine Salam, along with Tarek Younes, the director of the consumer protection department at the Economy Ministry, and a team of inspectors, conducted visits to various sectors.
