Tarek Talaat Abdelfattah from the position of Chief Executive Officer of Raysut Cement Company (S.A.O.G) due to personal reasons, with effect from 14th May 2024.It also announced its resolve to approve the appointment of Dr. Hilal Saif Rashid Al Dhamri as Acting Chief Executive Officer, starting from May 14.“Based on this appointment Dr. Hilal will take the responsibility of leading the Company’s business with a priority of developing and enhancing the effectiveness of the administrative, operational, and financial activities,” stated the company announcement.Dr. Hilal Al Dhamri holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in chemistry and a PhD in Civil Engineering from the United Kingdom and an MBA from Hull Business School.
