The Bank introduced updating “Know Your Customer (KYC)” details to help customers minimize their need to visit the branches.

KYC is an important process that enables the Bank to verify and maintain customers’ identity, information and documents at all times to serve them better, enhance their banking experience and avoid any delays in their transactions. Bank Muscat is committed to provide innovative services that are in-line with the latest technological developments and customers’ current and future needs.
